In the early hours of today 17th Wednesday February, we received a report that some armed bandits in large numbers abducted staff and students of the Government Science Secondary School in Kagara, headquarters of Rafi Local Government Area of Niger State.
This attack according to various reports was carried out around 2am in the morning. One student was reportedly killed during the attack.
The Niger state state police command is yet to comment on this barbaric incident. This is coming just after two days that bandits attacked the state transport bus (NSTA) kidnapping no fewer than 21 persons including passengers and staff.
