Bayern Munich stars, Franck Ribery andArjen Robben who played their last games for the German club yesterday signed off in style as they came off the bench to score on their final appearances and helping to retain a seventh consecutive Bundesliga title.

 

Robben and Ribery who have been at the club for 10 years and 12 years, respectively, winning numerous domestic titles and the Champions League in 2013 made a combined total of 729 appearances and 268 goals.

The pair enjoyed a perfect send-off asNiko Kovac’s side powered to a 5-1 win over Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday.

Frankfurt’s Sebastian Haller‘s 50th-minute strike canceled out Kingsley Coman‘s early opener before David Alaba restored Bayern’s lead minutes later with Renato Sanches then making it three five minutes later.

French footballer Franck Ribery and Dutch star Arjen Robben later scored in the 72 and 78th minutes to seal off the game.

Although, the stars are yet to decide if they will be moving to another club or retire from playing football.
