About 60 poor but lucky children in Jigawa state have been granted scholarship to study medicine in China.
This came not just as goodnews but also as a great news and a shock to the state within the week as it has never been done in the state before. The state government asked the children to take advantage of this golden opportunity because there are other people who are out there looking for such privilege too but they have not gotten it and these 60 people happens to be the lucky ones. Other states have been encouraged to emulate the good governance gesture because serving the people is why they are there.
