The Presidency’s clearance of the Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Ibrahim Mustafa Magu and renominating him for Senate confirmation in January this year was done in disregard of a memo from the Directorate of State Services [DSS] which warned that Magu is unfit for that high office,

 according to documents seen Daily Trust on Saturday.

Here are the DSS letter to ‘Buhari’s panel’ that indicted Magu.
