Proverbs 4:23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.

The capacity of a car is determined the engine of the car, so your destiny is determined the soundness of your heart condition. Your heart beat also determines your mindset.
God desire for us is that our heart condition should be in an organised state, for an oncoming overflow of manifestation. There is something God wants us to do this end time.
In this close age dispensation, God has plans, such as the world has not seen, heard, or read before.
It is your heart that determines his act.
Ezekiel 22:30 says “And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.”
Many people pursue after God but there are people God is seeking after.
Most people have a gross misconception about that power of God. They fail to understand the place of a right heart in the acquisition of God’s power.  You can never flow in power consistently until you have a heart that pants after God,  a heart that seeks to be with God.  As you can’t separate the deer from the water Brooks, so also,  the heart of a God-lover cannot be separated from God.  Until you get to this stage, you may die in cage: Reverse until you get loose the chain  of hindrance, you will die in the pains of affliction.
Many want power but their heart condition is calling for state of emergency; filled with the ruin and iniquity. Bible speaking also in 1 Samuel 16:7 says “But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.”
The heart factor is the determinant for the selection and election of God’s instrument. The heart is the determinant factor for God’s anointing.
The generation that will move their world, is the generation whose heart will seek their God.
What you seek in life determines what you get.
What you seek in life determines what you seize from life.
Your heart is your life and what it pursues is your destiny.

PRAYER: O Lord, my heart panteth and thirtst for you,  fill me with yourself in Jesus Name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION: I prophesy every river of potentials locked up inside you that lack full expression and manifestation, in your business, in your office, in your marriage and your carrier today that gate is open in Jesus Name.
