Ecclesiastes 3:1
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

1 Chronicles 12:32a
And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do;

Time is the set speed or duration assigned for an activity or event,
Season is defined as time of year.

For every SEASON , there is an appointed TIME for fulfillment. Habakkuk said in the second chapter and the third verse of his book that
“For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”

The Bible says “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do;
So it means when you don’t know the Appointed time for a particular season you become stranded not knowing what to do and there is a 99.9% probability that you might miss out of the blessings that season brings forth.

To understand time per season is to escape the dungeon of stagnation and to know the appointed time of manifestation or exhibition of every thing under the heaven.

PRAYER: O Lord, Help me not to miss my time according to my season of manifestation in Jesus Name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION: I decree and declare today the Apostolic Mandate of God upon my life, that any spiritual embargo that has delayed your time of manifestation per season today is lifted In The Name of Jesus.
