The Winners Chapel popularly known as Living Faith has built and completed a 5billion research centre called Covenant University Centre for Research, Innovation and Discovery (CUCRID). The center was commissioned General Overseer Living Faith, Bishop Oyedepo.

We got to know from credible sources that the gigantic structure cost about 5 billion naira.

The purpose of the building is for multidisciplinary research. It has 24 laboratories, 12 conference halls and 24 seminar rooms, 97 offices and four panoramic elevators. It also houses Hebron startup lab.
