The scheduled election to hold today has been postponed but the night before 16th February is a horrible one as corpers and other adhoc staff of INEC had no place to lay their head.
Below are photos showing how they were not provided adequate sleeping facilities in fact, some of them slept while standing, some on open air while some slept sitting in a bus.
Note that the elections to hold today 16th have been postponed to 23rd February and 9th March respectively
