Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu in the early hours of today officially announced the postponement of the Presidential and National Assembly elections scheduled for today February 16th to next Saturday February 23 2019, while State Governorship and House of Assembly elections will now hold on Saturday March 9.
