John 12:3  Then took Mary a pound of ointment of spikenard, very costly, and anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped his feet with her hair: and the house was filled with the odour of the ointment.

When I try to study this passage and arrange the events on order of priority, I realise that in the Spirit you do not dance to the rhythm cause there is always a discord that in the natural will take you off balance but in the Spirit you are in key.

What do I mean?
I expected that the event should have gone in this order:
a. Pound of Ointment of spikenard
b. Very Costly
c. Anointed the feet of Jesus
d. And the house was filled with the scent of the Ointment
e. And wiped his feet with her hair.
Rather in my order of arrangement that Bible made the “e” to come before the “d”
The Meaning of this is: until you dismantle yourself worth glory, the expense of your spikenard can never be felt.
Mary dismantled her glory to mister to Jesus. If all disciples were present, there were at least 12 other people in that room that day, and not one of them attained the intimacy that she obtained that day. The disciples missed it, even though they were good people like Peter, James and John.  Hear me and have it digested into your Spirit mind; you can be busy being a disciple and doing the work, but miss the worship. Jesus told the woman at the well in John 4:23 “… true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.” Her action of worship was a perfect “discord” that has alignment in the Spirit but unacceptable in the physical the natural man.
Permit me to say this without apology: Like countless number of pastors, elders and deacons  in the church today.
The disciples got nervous when faced with such raw hunger for God and we’re saying, “somebody stop this woman” But Jesus intervened and said,  “No, finally somebody is doing something that is right. Don’t you dare stop her!” The Church doesn’t make room for “Marys” with alabaster box because they will make all rest of us nervous when they begin to dismantle their glory, pride, and ego right there in front of everybody.

PRAYERS: O Lord accord my life to your rhythm. Dismantle my self worth at your feet in Jesus Name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION: I prophesy today that your grace will make you stand tall before men and fall flat before God in Jesus Name.

Study and meditate on the following Scriptures: Luke 7:38-48, Nehemiah 13:14, Isaiah 25:8

INTERCESSORY PSALMS: Psalms 11:12

WORD OF THE DAY: Ego and self centered glory stands out like a flashing beacon in the place of humility.
