It has been confirmed that the EFCC is having the former Governor of Adamawa State Barrister Bala James Ngillari and two other of his subordinate, the SSG inclusive over 160m contract. They were arraigned for 17 count charges ranging from criminal conspiracy to award of contract. The accused pleaded not guilty. They where remanded in EFCC the presiding Judge, Justice Nathan Musa in Yola till today thursday when he will rule on the bail application.
