Today Wednesday, The National Emergency Management Agency reports that about 251 Internally displaced persons (IDPs) has  returns to Maiduguri,
the capital of Borno State in north-eastern Nigeria, after a 1 year stay in Internally Displaced Person (IDP) Camp, Yola, Adamawa state.
