sensation Kelechi Iheanacho will be in line to start when his side, Manchester City visit the Premier League champions, Leicester City later today.

The forward was thrown into the fray on Tuesday in their Champions League encounter against Celtic and he didn’t disappoint after hitting the target to level proceedings for his English side.

The 20-year-old has three goals and three assists in three league starts this season—he’s made nine league appearances overall.

Despite Leicester’s status as league champions, Iheanacho comes up against a vulnerable defence on Saturday, with the Foxes having conceded at least two goals in each of their last four league outings, taking just one point in that period.

Manchester City were turn apart league leaders, Chelsea in the Matchweek 14 encounter going down 3-1 after taking the lead.

They will obviously, be hoping to take all three points this time around to close the gap between them and those at the top of the Premier League ladder.

On the other hand, Leicester City who have made it to the round of 16 in their maiden Champions League participation haven’t been getting their mojo right in the league after winning just once in their last seven games.

Languishing in the 16th position with just 13 points from 14 matches, the champions will be hoping to turn their season around with a comfortable win at home against the Citizens.

The Foxes suffered a damaging 2-1 defeat at relegation strugglers Sunderland in their most recent outing, and manager Claudio Ranieri has seen his side edge closer to a battle against the drop after going five matches without a win. (D.T)
