MAIDUGURI ON FIRE AS 2 SUICIDE BOMBERS ATTACK UNIVERSITY OF MAIDUGURI

Today Saturday, Maiduguri woke up in sadness. Two suicide bombers had attacked the University of Maiduguri premises killing a security officer and injuring a soldier. Reports have it that the attack took place at about 1am at the Mechanical Works department of the institution.

We were told that the attack was carried out a male and female suicide bombers. The injured soldier has been taken to the University of Maiduguri Teaching hospital for medical attention while the remains of the security guard has been deposited at the morgue.
