It’s another New Year again and it’s evident that everyone is happy. Yea! You have to, if for nothing but for the gift of life and the Journey thus far, indeed God has being faithful.

    I have come to realise that every beginning of the year, people make resolutions, promises, plans and vows on how the year is going to be and what they want to achieve in the year. There are two basic things you need to know when making resolutions every year. 

     In every of your resolutions or plans, its important that you first make God the center of it. A lot of times we make plans but never remember the place of God in all we do and we at the end, think God is asleep. We sometimes wonder why the resolutions we make every year don’t come to actualization. The truth is when the place of God is neglected, there won’t be fulfillment. Know what God is saying exactly about you so that you won’t end up making empty resolutions and plans. He(God) says He knows the plans he has for you this year and they are plans of good and not of evil. (Jer. 29:11)

   Secondly, after the place of God is, determination and hard work. It is always easier said than done. Resolutions/plans are made but only few are ready to take a bold step in order to achieve these set goals. 

Make this year 2018 a remarkable one unlike the previous years making Jesus the master planner of your resolutions and goals and also be determined to work hard in order to achieve your set goals.
