Today on Facebook, Hope for Nigeria on their Facebook wall posted a photo of a fake foreign observer employed INEC.
The fake foreign observer is actually an APC house of reps. aspirant. See what they wrote on their page;

This is Jayeoba Oluwatuyi, an APC member and a House of Assembly aspirant in Ondo State.
Oluwatuyi is one of the so-called “Foreign Observers” that INEC contracted to monitor the Osun State Governorship election on Saturday, 22nd September, 2018.
