In the early hours of today Wednesday 9th of May 2018 about 5:30am a tanker loaded with gasoline derailed from the coal tar and landed inside a ditch in a residential area close to a popular primary school called Kurmin Sarki Primary School at SDP junction Suleja LGA of Niger State.
Motorists and passerwere stocked on the road. Our reporter who was present at the scene confirmed the incidence and said Suleja fire service were present including Civil Defense officers were present at the scene helping to put off the fire and controlling the crowd.
Reports have it that no life was lost and only 3 cars were burnt along side the tanker.
As at the time of compiling this report, the area was still not comfortable for those around the vicinity. See photos below:
