Queen Deborah Amubwo Samuel 1st runner up miss Gbagyi Nigeria and the founder of THE CANDLE last weekend 27th January 2018 made a lasting impact as she rendered a selfless humanitarian service at Bwolo village and its environs in Kwali area Council  Abuja. 

 Deborah Amubwo Samuel along side her team were warmly welcomed the village head, youths, women, men, children and even non indigene residing in the village.
 

THE CANDLE which is a non governmental organization has its aim and objectives as these: caring, catering, supporting and providing for the less privileged children and women in areas of education, social welfare,  stopping children and women trafficking and also stopping the abuse of same.
 In the course of the visit Queen Deborah Amubwo Samuel(THE CANDLE), children in the village were supported academically providing writing materials ( Books, pen and pencil) for all the students and Pupils in the village and even the teachers.   
Women were not left behind as all the widows were provided with cooking items for their families.

According to the coordinator of THE CANDLE, Queen Deborah Amubwo Samuel she said this is just the beginning as more of this self less services will be rendered where there is need in different villages and other needy areas across the globe.
