The power supply today was interrupted after six of the nominees were screened.

The power supply was interrupted just when  it was the turn of  Baba Ahmad  Jidda, a nominee from Borno state. Though  Jidda stopped but Senator Ali Ndume advised the committee to continue and three minutes later, the Chairman of the Committee, Senator Monsurat Sunmonu asked the nominee to continue and so it was. The screening continued till the end without power been restored.
