“Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men.” (Proverbs 4:14).

“Don’t become partners with those who reject God. How can you make a partnership out of right and wrong? That’s not partnership; that’s war. Is light best friends with dark? ” (2 Corinthians 6:14).

In term of pure definition, an alliance is an agreement, partnership, or connection. Stand those words next to toxic, and you have a dangerous alliance, a poisonous connection, or a deadly agreement. That understanding alone should be enough to pull toxic influence from your life.
What this mean is that sometimes we must pull people from our lives. I do not say that flippantly. It can be difficult and painful to end a relationship. What is even worse is allowing a relationship-even a long-term one- to derail you, incapacitate you, or steal your credibility and your Joy. While we may not purposefully align or partner with toxic people. We do that when we passively accept or participate in their behaviour.  When we don’t remove ourselves from the situation or confront the behaviour, we endorse it default(This can be one of those “it’s not what you say or do, its what you don’t say or do” scenario). When you get right down to it, there are basically two groups of people in the world. In the first group are people who encourage and believe in you. They add something to you, when you leave their presence you feel better. You more confident, more prepared, and equiped. These people impact confidence in you.
The second group I call VAMPIRE PEOPLE, because they suck the life out of everything and everyone they touch! You can almost hear the gaint vaccum fire up when they walk into a room. These people are absolutely miserable, they love company and they are constantly recruiting membership.

In workplace, toxic alliance are co-workers who constantly draw others into negetive conversation. They are the one’s who want to argue incessantly and debate trival points. These people draw energy and attention from gossips, criticis, arguing and whining. They terrorize meetings, projects and your progress. They are not just connected to the rumour mill – they manage it. They are famous for throwing rocks to get everyone stirred up, innocently hidding their hands and standing back to watch the shows. But my God will shield you with the wings of glory this year from their reach.

PRAYER: Father shield me with the wings of divine protection from every toxic alliance companion this year in Jesus Name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION: I prophesy, enforce and declare the Apostolic Mantle of Fire upon my life, that today my God will build a wall of fire round about you as a boundary against every toxic alliance in your life, destiny and ministry in Jesus Name.
