*APC has been declared winner of Edo state governorship election. Godwin Obaseki is now the Governor elect.

*The President has called the Edo state government to congratulate them for a Job well done.
* Though the APC has won and they are jubilating but it’s unfortunate that Oga Oyegun who is the APC chair is deeply in sad mood because he lost in his ward and unit.
*Hon. Jibrin who was suspended from the House of reps has taken the case to court.
*The president has appointed new INEC commissioners.
