The senior pastor of Family Worship Centre, Pastor Sarah Omakwu had a Black Thanksgiving service yesterday 1st July 2018.
Two events were held at the same time first was a Thanksgiving while the second was to mourn those massacred in Jos last week and the middle belt in general. Pastor Sarah spoke to President Buhari and asked him to stop the killings of innocent Nigerians.
In her words she said,
 “Mr President sir,Stop the killings of innocent people, stop the killings of innocent Nigerians. You have the power to do so… If you want today, you can stop them… I refuse to believe that cows are more important than human being”
She spoke vehemently demanding that the Fulani herdsmen who are considerd miscreants be stopped. She knelt down and appealed to Buhari to send in all machineries to stop the killings.
