“A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;” (Ecclesiastes 3:6).

Freedom is a factor of one’s environment. A fish, for instance is not free in the upper atmosphere but in the depths of the ocean. Similarly, a bird is not free when winging through the Sky. But in what kind of environment is the christian truely free? Regarding this end time?
You have heard it said; “it is the decisions that kill me”; and there is an elephant truth in that.
The proper environment for believers, the one in which we can experience genuiue freedom is none other than the word of God. Our Lord said “If you abide in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;  And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:31-32).
When our behaviour is directed towards God and consistent with His word, our time is utilize and we gain freedom from the clutches of the devices of hell. Time is the container of our decisions that are made. If we make the right choice, the inevitable consequences will be demostrated in life of righteousness. On the other hand if we make the wrong choices, the effects will be manifested in the sinful life. It is not easy to make the unpopular decision. In the Book of Esther, we read that Queen Vashti refused to parade her beauty before a company of drunken and lustful men, thus, she lost her position in favour before the King. But she kept moral integrity. We also have to decide between popularity and intergrity- not everything that is popular is proper. We also have to decide consienceness of our time and purpose of extistance. If we choose the latter we maybe laughed at the crowd, but we will retain something far more important – our honour.
We cannot choose God’s purpose for life without loosing man’s purpose for life. To gain or to seek determines the right of choice. The principles applies in every area of life. If a person decides to make his ambition that of wealth, fame, or power, he has made a choice. By the same token, if he determines to seek his affection on things above, he like wise has made a choice.
At some point in human experience there maybe a time to choose. This solem fact inevitably brings us to consider the soveregnity of choice. What is your time? – What is it use for?
